The dedicated Compliance Management Department is constantly monitoring all transactions. This department is responsible to remain current on export policies on all levels and to disseminate this information to all employees. This department also ensures that all necessary export licenses are applied for and has a good-standing liaison with government export officials.

By means of its automatic Export Control System and the training of employees Interturbine ensures that

• at the time of the export the national regulations and laws of the recipient country have been taken into consideration

• the materials and goods are not intended for use in conjunction with arms, weapons or nuclear science

• no deliveries are made to companies and individual persons listed on the European  sanction lists, on the U.S. lists or on any black or anti-terrorism lists of the U.S. or the EC
